About Critter Care Animal Hospital

Our Animal Hospital History:
Built in 1998, Critter Care Animal Hospital is a full service
veterinary hospital for small animals. It opened its doors in November
of 1998 and was formerly The Animal Clinic on Wilcrest in southwest Houston.
It is now owned and operated by Dr.Amna Plummer DVM.

Our Mission:
To be the best pet hospital in our community as judged by
 our staff, clients and peers and measured by our client satisfaction.

Pet Appointments:
Our patients are seen by appointment only however we will accommodate walk-ins as time allows.
If you are going to be late or need to reschedule an appointment please give us a phone call.

Health Care Payment Plans Available for Pets:
we recommend our clients discuss charges before services are rendered.
We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable.
Requirements for Pet Boarding, Dog Grooming , Animal Surgery and Hospitalized Animals Patients:
For the safety and health care of all patients, all pets admitted to the hospital must be current on all vaccinations and must have had a fecal exam with in the past year.
Also each pet will be examined for fleas and other external parasites. Any pet found to have external parasites or to be lacking adequate vaccinations or fecal exams will be treated for such and charged accordingly.

Leashes and Restraints:
For every ones safety all pets entering the hospital must be restrained by a leash, carrier or securely held.
